1:1 Online sessions
1:1 Sessions are available to all ages, both dancers and non-dancers. They can booked individually or as a package. There are two different options for 1:1 sessions explained below, plus information on booking a consultation to discuss your options.
Consultation (30 mins) | £15
30 minute Zoom call with Jess to discuss your goals, your current situation and your preferences for 1:1 sessions. This is highly recommended before booking a 1 hour 1:1 session as it ensures we can plan effectively beforehand and discuss what you would like included in your sessions. You will hear a little bit about my journey and how I can help you going forward, then you can decide if you would like to go ahead with booking your sessions.
OPTIONS FOR ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
There are two different options for 1:1 sessions explained below:
OPTION 1: 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS​ (for dancers)
Your 1-hour 1:1 coaching session can include:

Mindset coaching for dancers: working through mindset exercises and techniques for a more positive and happy mindset towards dancing and competing (e.g. goal setting, building confidence/self-belief, competition mindset, dealing with nerves, staying motivated, resilience etc).

A personalised program of workouts and stretches for fitness and flexibility – demonstrated together then completed in your own time.

A personalised program of technique exercises to improve areas of your dancing such as turnout, toe height, posture, power, arches etc – demonstrated together then completed in your own time.

Help building a weekly plan of workouts, exercises and practice at home between dance classes.
Cost is £42 per session or bundle of sessions available (£119 for 3 x 1 hour 1:1 Sessions via Zoom plus 10% off any further 1:1 sessions after this)​.

OPTION 2: LIVE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS​ (for dancers & non-dancers)

These sessions will be live PT sessions where you are guided through a warm-up, workout, strength exercises and cool down over Zoom. They will be tailored to meet your goals and preferences.
​
For dancers, we can include dance-specific stamina and strength work, as well as technique exercises for improving turnout, toe height, posture, power, arches etc.
For non-dancers, we can include workouts and exercises to help you achieve your goals, whether that is to improve fitness, lose weight, improve strength or build muscle. We can also include nutrition advice if desired (over 18’s only).
We will work around the equipment you have available at home or stick to body weight exercises if you prefer.
Cost is £35 per session or you can buy 4 sessions and get your 5th free (5 sessions for £140).
