ARE YOU READY FOR A CHALLENGE??

I’m very excited to be launching my first ever 3 week challenge! The original challenge started Monday 29th May 2023 however you can still sign up and begin the challenge on a date of your choice.
This is the first time I’ll be offering an on-demand video service and you will be challenged to complete ONE VIDEO EVERY DAY FOR THREE WEEKS. A new video will be available each day and these videos will include fitness challenges, workouts, posture exercises, core work, stretching and mindset exercises, and will challenge you to improve your fitness, technique and mindset over the 3 week period.

As the videos are on-demand, they can be played at any time to suit you and your schedule.

Daily video topics will be as follows each week:

MONDAY: Mindset
TUESDAY: Workout (for stamina & strength)
WEDNESDAY: Core & posture
THURSDAY: Stretch & mindset
FRIDAY: Workout (for stamina & strength)
SATURDAY: Core & posture
SUNDAY: Full body stretch

All of this for an upfront payment £39 for the full challenge!! (that works out just £13 per week!!)

This challenge is perfect for those preparing to compete at the upcoming Scottish Nationals and American Nationals, and if it is successful, there may be the opportunity to extend it for additional weeks throughout the summer.
​
The challenge is suitable for dancers of ages 8 and over. Options for different abilities will be given for workouts and exercises where possible. All subscribers will be sent an intro email soon after purchasing, including consent form and waiver for exercises participation. These must be completed by an adult if the participant is under 18.

Every participant will be sent a challenge tracker on which they can track their commitment to the challenge and reward themselves by ticking off the days completed each week:

What is the cost of the 3 week challenge?
The cost will be £39 paid upfront when signing up to the challenge. That’s only £13 per week!
Is there a minimum age or ability for the challenge?
No but it would be suited to those of age 8 and over. The challenge will include workouts and exercises that require a good level of fitness. Different options will be given for exercises where possible, to try and suit all abilities.
How do I access the challenge videos?
Once you have signed up to the challenge, you will be added as a subscriber to the on-demand service. A link will be sent to you via email, giving you access to all of the videos.
When will each video be made available?
For those taking part in the original challenge starting 29th May, the videos will be uploaded at 7pm (BST) the night before they are due to be completed, and will be available for 72 hours. For example, Monday’s mindset video will be uploaded at 7pm (BST) on Sunday and will be available until 7pm (BST) on Wednesday.
For those signing up after the original date, all videos will be available to watch on your chosen dates.
What if I’m in a different time zone?
The videos will be uploaded at 7pm (BST) the night before they are due to be completed. For example, Monday’s mindset video will be uploaded at 7pm on Sunday. This should ensure that the video is ready for any dancers who lives in countries with a time zone ahead of the UK & Ireland.

How long will each video be?
Video length will vary depending on the topic or type of challenge. They will range from approximately 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
